The passed experience coming here to white castle, food was saugy n And always get my order mis taking. Tonight, perfectttt customer services Man! Mr, Dave. Night shift employee was on his A GAME Pay me attention thats the type of employeeesss,Manage and can grow. Patient,,calm, listens and corrects himself n communicate with his team workers. He makes a huge difference Mr DAVE!!!!! I HOPE THEY PROMOTE YOU EVEN IF UR NEW OR NOT, I KNOW
I worked at a White Castle restaurant in Hammond Indiana in the 70's. I was always proud of how clean we kept the restaurant. It was a very strict place to work but worth every bit of it. The restaurant shined. I was shocked when visiting Chicago at the visible filth. Edgar Ingram would not have tolerated his restaurants looking the way they do now.
I was there this morning 10/23/22 and I had to tell the worker to change gloves before touching food. You don't take money and make food with the same gloves I'm never going back.
Horrible never coming back here sliders were cold waited for about 30 minutes for my food the Mac and cheese bites were cold and super salty just disgusting Book a table now
Food was hot and Delicious! 1st time at an actual White Castle location, I live in Texas and am used to eating the sliders out of a box
Entered restaurant and out of six or seven employees, no one said, “Hello, welcome to White Castles”. Totally disregarded me.
Ok for a quick bite when running on empty. Wish they stepped there game up a bit.
Food is really good but the Franklin Park Location needs more employees Book a table now
