My last review 11—13 1:37am Stopped by after my shift, again. Food was old and cold again. Fries were hard, even with the cheese on them, and sliders were dried out. Why stay open this late, if you don't have dedicated employees to produce fresh product and complete service for each and every customer? Cashier was rude and unwelcoming, again. Update 11.3.22 After my last review management reached out to me, apologized for the way our drive thru experience was and refunded our money, as well as sending us a gift card. Not sure if we'll use it but maybe someday. I do have to give kudos for managaddressing our issue, raising rating to 3 stars. these people cannot even take an order. Waited 10 minutes at speaker. The lady taking our order then had my husband repeat our order three separate times. She still didn’t get it. We were told to pull forward, so we asked her to repeat the order before pulling forward, and she then just stopped responding at the speaker. This whole ordeal took nearly 30 minutes… wow
The food was okay, but the service wasn't the greatest. I went up to the cash register for napkins. I was asked what I needed and then ignored for 3 or 4 minutes before I gave up and went back to my table. During that time at least one other worker made eye contact with me. I understand they were busy but that was ridiculous.

Terrible experience. The same guy who’s usually in the drive thru interrupts while you’re ordering and then rings the order in wrong. When you call and tell them that it’s not what you ordered the suggest that you come back and reorder and pay for that as well. Will not be going back.
says it is open 24 hours so i ordered online. went there at like 6 am to pick it up and they were closed. never got my food!!!
