While the food was good, as it usually is, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every table was dirty, and we had to use a napkin just to wipe ours down. When I asked for extra napkins since we had already used the two provided for cleaning, I approached a staff member at the counter who seemed to be in a supervising role. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. I waited a few minutes, but it appeared that the staff were more attentive to drive-thru customers than to those of us who had already paid. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, the food was not appealing at all, and everything took forever. The cashier spoke so quietly that I could barely hear him, and he was chatting with another employee, who was using inappropriate language as if they were at home. The food was soggy and unappetizing, almost like it had been soaked in dirty mop water. Even though there were only three cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience.
The computer system was down today, resulting in extremely slow service. Honestly, it would have been quicker to drive to the grocery store, buy some burgers, and cook them at home than to eat here. I would guess I waited about half an hour, and considering a 15-minute round trip to get White Castle, that totals around 45 minutes for one burger. Additionally, they struggled to remember that I had only ordered one combo and that I hadn’t received the drink I ordered.
I've dined at this restaurant four times, and each experience has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly, service is prompt, and the food is consistently served hot. My orders have always been accurate. Just a quick tip—if you go around noon, be prepared for a brief wait since it can get quite busy during that time. However, I've never had to wait for a table when I drop in for lunch without a reservation.

I visited the drive-thru at around 7 PM on Monday, September 26. The restaurant was brightly lit and had customers dining inside. However, I was informed by the drive-thru attendant that they weren't taking orders due to shortages. This leads me to question why the restaurant is open and has staff available if they don't have any food to serve. I truly hope the owner considers this feedback.
I visited the White Castle on Dorsett last Friday afternoon, and there were only two cars in front of me in the drive-thru. The wait for ten burgers was surprisingly long. I requested ketchup but didn't receive any. Next time, I might just go to the grocery store, buy some burgers, and make them at home—it would certainly be quicker. The customer service was lacking.
In my 32 years, I've never encountered service like this! This was honestly the best meal I've ever had. When we requested our dish without onions, they completely fulfilled our request just as we asked. The food was exceptionally fresh, and the wait time was minimal. I am truly thankful for the outstanding service we received late at night. Thank you!
I waited for 45 minutes, and it seemed like the manager prioritized making money over assisting customers. I understand that staffing can be difficult, but everyone should pitch in to serve the guests. One staff member was preoccupied with his phone, and overall, there was a noticeable lack of urgency from the team.
