I really love this restaurant. However, I am disappointed that they do not offer a vegan sandwich option at the Deli counter. I know that the other location in Darien has a smoked tempeh sandwich with salad, tomato, and vegan mayo, which I would love to see here. Their homemade vegan chocolate chip cookies are delicious, as well as their phenomenal vegan apple pie that can be preordered for holidays. They also carry a good selection of vegan probiotics, B12, D3, and other cruelty-free whole body products. One of my favorite items is the Caffe Indigo vegan carrot cake and vegan chocolate cake.
