I am extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism at this restaurant. They never answer the phone—I've tried calling multiple times in the early morning, but it just rings without anyone picking up. Because of this, I have to take my daughter to the store on our way to school, which makes her late. They are supposed to open at 7 AM, so perhaps they should provide a cell number for customers to text if they're not going to be available when they open. This has been one of the most unprofessional establishments I've ever encountered.
