I had one of the best wonton soups I've ever tasted, and I also ordered chicken and broccoli. The only downside was that the broccoli was a bit too firm for my liking—I might ask for it to be cooked a little softer next time. The server was friendly, and I tried a cantaloupe martini that didn't quite taste like melon; it had more of an orange flavor, but it was still enjoyable. To make matters worse, she then proceeded to chat with a male coworker about me, mocking my complaint about the ice crystals. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It’s astonishing that she would engage in an argument with a customer over a dessert. If a customer doesn't want to eat something, why insist on serving it to them, especially in such an unappetizing condition? It’s really the principle of the matter here. This experience left a very negative impression on me, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I absolutely love Wild Ginger! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've tried both pickup and delivery, and even the delivery driver, Lin, was very kind. The hostess at the front is wonderful as well. The food is consistently prepared correctly and is always ready on time. I will definitely keep ordering from here and have already recommended it to my family and friends.
We cannot understand any of the ratings on this restaurant above poor. For us it was terrible. Decor is old, staff ordinary but food absolutely awful. We ordered Thai Red curry Chicken and handed it back tasteless and cheap. We have eaten in Asian restaurants all over the world and never have hand food back. This restaurant should close or be closed.

I recently had takeout from this restaurant, and my experience was mediocre. The food was just okay and the portion sizes were smaller than expected. The service didn't impress me, and the restaurant itself seemed to need a thorough cleaning. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.
The drinks are consistently great, and Dana is fantastic—super friendly and welcoming. The food is always delicious and arrives quickly. We've never had a mediocre or bad meal here. This restaurant is a staple for us. Don't overlook Wild Ginger; it's definitely worth a visit!
