I rate restaurants with a 3 pillar concept (service, atmosphere and food) they hit all to achieve 5 stars. Service: We were greeted right away and they helped us with the menu as we were new customers. You have to order and then they take the food to you. They were pretty quick to bring our food to our table (8 minutes). Atmosphere: The overall inside decor is southern Texas flare. The place is very clean from tables to bathrooms. It wasn't loud, but we attended the restaurant on a off hour on a weekday. I'm sure it gets crowded, but they have enough room for large groups. Food: These are simply great burgers. Another google find. Place had a nice feel to it. Staff didn?t want to answer questions about their items ?I don?t know? was their reply to my question about ?Is the Bisson burger grass fed too?? My wife had the veggie burger that was ?charred? burnt on the outside and not very flavorful. I had the grass fed burger that was very dry. The fries were not crispy as stated on the menu and website. The onion rings were decent. The strawberry frappe was good. Staff didn?t acknowledge our thank you which seemed a little odd. Not sure if I would recommend this place based on our experience.
The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front was incredibly helpful, explaining the menu and assisting us with our order. You couldn't ask for a better person to be in charge. We ordered the Bubba BBQ burgers with fries and onion rings, along with two drinks. Our total came in at just under $30, which is comparable to the price of two meals at McDonald's, but the quality was far superior and totally worth it. The burgers were delicious, with nice thick bacon and a generous slice of Cheddar. We were completely satisfied!
The burger patty was juicy and thick, possibly the most delicious burger I've ever tried. It was flavorful with simple spices. The sweet potato fries were crispy and not greasy. The ranch sauce they served was the real deal, with authentic ingredients that you could taste. This might just be the best burger joint in the Boston area. The kitchen staff deserves credit and a raise for maintaining the owner's legacy. Hats off to them. And to top it all off, this was all from a takeout order!

I decided to try the chicken fingers since they were recommended. They were breaded, crispy, and fairly juicy on the inside. However, 5 out of the 7 pieces contained fat or gristle, which really detracted from the experience. It seemed like whoever prepared them didn’t bother trimming off the fat. Additionally, the chicken tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while before being fried or possibly frozen.
Never a disappointment!! Delicious, fresh, and a friendly atmosphere to top it off!! Bison burgers are worth every penny. The Rio Grande's Hatch chilies are everything you expect more. The chili, onion rings fries are always flavorful, hot, fresh crispy.
