Williams is a brand that has lasted the better part of 2 decades. It's synonymous with quality product at a fair price. This franchise is not indicative of that tradition. The young lady at the window was awesome. Her customer service was so on point. But, the food did not live up to the Williams name...a large order of corn nuggets is only 12 small nuggets. The chicken was not seasoned as usual and was dry. This location has a unique opportunity to monopolies the chicken game as the eastern hub (mesquite, Seagoville, Forney, etc)is lacking for quality fried chicken.
The Beautiful. lady working at this location is working very hard by herself and still producing very good food and hot food. And being very nice and polite at the same time William's chicken look into your employees and please give this lady a raise. Or just acknowledge her hard work. She is the definition of customer service.Food: 5/5
One person wearing gloves scratching himself and the other handling money and no gloves. Anyone can buy a franchise but the standards are not met on any level. Customer service =0Friendliness =0 chicken on life support.Biggest fraud franchise. Charged for mixed but received only dark meat chicken. Thievery at the highest level. ?
