"Coffee was really awful. Tasted like the stuff you get if you run hot water through your coffee-maker a second time, after you have already made one coffee."

•Food is good but don’t expect top quality produce. •Jacket potatoes are always served on a plate that’s much too small once you start eating and open up the potato. •They’ve changed the biscuit you get with tea or coffee for an extremely cheap and tasteless one. I understand it’s a business and cost is key but if you can’t find a decent alternative might as well not bother giving customers one at all. •The owners and their staff all need training in customer service and smiling, welcoming the public as it comes across as rude t is a busy cafe but that’s no excuse for complacency.

This charming tea room offers a delightful view of the canal marina. The staff is friendly and the food is exceptional. Disregard any negative reviews, as my experience has always been positive. The coffee is especially good. Pets are also welcome, so don't hesitate to give it a try.

We were out for the morning with friends and stumbled upon this charming restaurant in a picturesque setting. The tea and coffee were excellent, and the cakes were delicious. A visit here is definitely recommended.

My new favourite, a very welcoming, professional staff and a menu that doesn't disappoint. A lovely brunch, The kitchen also provide me and my daughter a dairyfree alternative.
