A definite blast from the past. It’s great to still see childhood haunts that have stood the test of time. Staff were friendly and very helpful, food was good and surfed the old Wimpy way, on a china plate with a knife and fork. Tea was in a proper cup. It’s definitely worth a visit, not only to talk to the staff but reminisce on the good old days. We will definitely pop in next time we’re in the area.
A great bit of South African nostalgia. Excellent service from wonderful hosts who couldnt do enough for us. Good value for money. It would be great to see some traditional South African breakfast options like a farm house breakfast with boerewors! We will be back.
We stopped by and just wanted to use the restroom, but ended up staying for a full meal. What a great time we had! The owner was fantastic. We will definitely be returning. Make sure to try the lime milkshake.
