Additionally, we were reprimanded for being too loud on three separate occasions, despite the fact that we were simply a large group conversing. The quality of the food was incredibly disappointing, with many dishes being dry, soggy, and lukewarm. The overall experience did not justify the amount of money we had spent, and the lack of hygiene in the restroom was concerning.
Overall, we will not be returning to this Chinese buffet restaurant. The staff did not make us feel welcome, and the food did not meet even basic standards of quality. It's a shame that this experience happened during a birthday celebration.
We thought we would give Win Wah House a chance as we usually use Golden Bridge in Nuneaton. I phoned an order in to pick up at a specific time, and it was ready at the specified time.The kids loved the sweet and sour chicken. And I tried the beef satay. Whilst this was nice it was a lot lot hotter than the satay from GB, so keep this in mind if you are doing the same. The prawn crackers were a little expensive at £2, but were tasty. Overall I’d be more than happy to visit again and would recommend the food, especially if you like it spicy.
Pretty simple story really had had a few beers on Saturday evening and stopped in at about 8pm as I couldn't be bothered to go home and cook. Had never actually used the place before so didn't know what to expect service was quick and friendly and I got a lovely tasting chicken chow mein for just over a fiver. Will definitely use again.
Brilliant Chinese, food was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Wouldn’t use any other Chinese due to the fact that there was no waste, thoroughly enjoyed it and so did the kids, which is what makes this a great place as my kids are very fussy eaters indeed. Thanks for our lovely meal.

The food at this restaurant tasted freshly prepared, and each dish we ordered had a distinct flavor. Unlike other Chinese restaurants we have tried, where all the dishes taste the same with just different vegetables and meats.
What can I say , called for delivery to Ashgreen? Told we don’t deliver there ? So picked it up , we only take cash ? Got home food was Luke warm and the chips weren’t cooked! Nether again! Ok
Had chicken curry n rice ....Curry taste like powder n egg fried rice was rubbery...worst Chinese ever had would not recommend to anyone
The restaurant, now called the Ginger Tree, has improved in quality. While still a bit expensive, it offers better value than before.

Food is always excellent from this takeaway. Recommend the Singapore Chow Mein! Fresh, prompt and reasonably priced. Best in town
