I 've never really had a good friendly service at this location. But, at least, I don 't expect the poorest service like today. When I entered in the early evening today, there were no other customers inside. But, the worker/staff simply continued to ignore my presence standing and waiting for her. After waiting by the donut display assuming she was doing something urgent(? , I finally said hello to her at the cashier. She looked at me and returned to looking(writing? at some paper. Not even the smallest gesture of courtesy like saying, hello or I will be right with you. I continued to stand there for a while, then left. I went to the one on inglewood..employees talking and talking g in group..one scanning items other just there having a good conversations ..and now since 1pm I call this one on la cienega..and no luck. The line get cut up of waiting then I call backanother mayb 40min. And nothing.is impossible that there that busy not to answer
The majority of the bagels and cream cheese are fresh. I did have to ask for my cream cheese to be replaced once. I recommend getting their donuts tomorrow, as they can sometimes be a bit stale. I can't stand stale donuts! The staff member there seems overwhelmed; they definitely need more help. Overall, it's okay.
Royal Donuts is closed so tried Winchell?s again. Big mistake. Wasted $4 on waxy, cold indecently bad donuts. I hear the coffee is okay but it?s called Winchell?s Donuts. Don?t waste your money. Kudos to the staff though. Good safe service. I?m sure they don?t bother using any employee discount to eat the food.

I stopped in here at 3:00 in the morning. The baker that was making the donuts was informative very very nice and I would love to go back and see him again. We had a nice talk and he was friendly and inviting. The food was fresh and clean as very very clean
I LOVE Winchell's.. Recently moving to NJ.. I have discovered how horrible Dunkin Donuts is.. Winchell's 5 Stars always! Update: back again visiting.. still amazing donuts and staff!
