This review pains me to write, but I really want this establishment to improve. I've supported this place since it opened recommend it so many of my friends and family. I visited it yesterday May 29, 2019. Greeted Nicely no complaints with that. But the most important part was about the Quality of the food I received. SMH! It was horrible the fish texture was like rubber and the fish tasted like it came straight out of a freezer bag fish brand and dropped in oil. No freshness to the food at all. Fries were so soggy! I’ve had a disappointing experience at Wing Heaven, and unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring issue every time I visit. It appears the owner is skimping on staff by hiring only one person at a time, which significantly affects the level of customer service. The highlight of the menu, the Wels-Nuggets, was not available during my visit. On top of that, I tried calling for assistance, but no one answered due to the limited staff. While I’m reluctant to criticize a Black-owned business, I believe these concerns need to be addressed. The wings I ordered were also below expectations. I am still waiting for a response from the owner regarding my feedback.
Save your money. I ordered food from the Wing Heaven in District Heights and when I went back in to pick up my food I saw with my own two be of the worker who was putting my food in the container literally use her bare hands to put my fries in thecontainer. When I brought the issue to her attention she was rude and acted as though she did nothing wrong. I asked for a fullrefund because there was no way I eating she anything she fixed. I called the owner and I?m still waiting for him to return mycall. I?m truly disgusted by the service and will never go back there.

During my recent visit to Wing Heaven, I tried their wings and they were absolutely delicious! This was my second time ordering from their menu. The first time, I enjoyed the Parmesan and honey garlic flavors, which were outstanding. I also discovered that my longtime favorite, Old Bay, is now a top pick. I always go for a mix of 12 wings. Trust me, I’m very particular about my food, so I highly recommend giving Wing Heaven’s menu a try!
Trash. Every single time. Clearly. The owner is cheap af, because he only hires one person to work at a time, which completely screws up customer service. Their BEST ITEM is the catfish nuggets, and they're NEVER available. No one answers the phonebecause again, they only ever have one person working. I hate to to talk trash about a Black owned business, but they aretrash. Wings are horrid. Still waiting for a response from the owner.
Who is the Manager and or Owner here?! NO ONE EVER answers the phone to take your order. Then you get to the store, order and you're waiting what seems like forever. The place is never busy so I don't get it. Or why and how they run out of food. Theyhave the most bumpin Catfish nuggets! But the options for sides SUCK. You're literally better off making sides at home. I'vesupported this place since they've opened but enough is enough.
Dam those wing r delicious, second time at wings heaven first I order parmesan and honey garlic very good, this parmesan because my favorite, however Old bay was out standing, I guess now old bay is a favorite. I always get 12pc wing got to mix.Trust me I'm extremely picky. Try them no reqrets.

The catfish nuggets are really good, but the service is horrible. My Grubhub driver had to place the order when he got to the restaurant and was told the fish needed 20-30 minutes to thaw. How does this happen on a Friday at dinner time? Time managementneeds to be addressed.
