I asked the manager, a white female, to please cook the wings as they normally would and not make them so hard. Despite using various communication methods such as signing, talking, lip reading, and writing back and forth on my phone, the manager was uncooperative and I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself. She blamed Khady for taking the order, but took no responsibility herself.
To make matters worse, I saw Khady and another employee in the kitchen talking and laughing about me as I read their lips. When I addressed this with the manager, she dismissed it. Wings are always fresh and they are decent sized not tiny like Buffalo Wild Wings and not nearly as expensive. Their combo meals are a good price for only a few bucks more you get fries and a drink. They give you a lot of fries too. Good portions. The awesome sauce is my go too. My only complaint is you can't order the snobby salts online. The prices online are cheaper for some reason versus ordering in store. I always use the online ordering it's easy to order and just go pick up.
If I could give 6 stars I Would . Friendly service and quality food . Boneless wings are 3X size of BWW. Fries are really good /crispy (with options) and their ranch is so fresh Tasting . The pack their meals with care. ZERO SLOP . I cannot think of one thing anybody could complain of.This is the best lunch I've had in weeks maybe months . I got an eight piece traditional wings meal with veggies. The wings are large. Sauce's we're amazing I had Lemon pepper and Sweet Chili the heat was balanced enough to sting but not burn. Hubby got Ten piece traditional chicken only lemon pepper. Customer service was on point, just know it's not cheap.Parking: Parked at the door. Entering and exiting was good.

The food was delicious, but they forgot to include the vegetables that were supposed to come with the meal. It wasn't a major issue though. We will definitely be ordering from there again. The boneless wings were tasty and tender.
We’ve ordered take out twice and the wings are outstanding. Traditional Buffalo wings are large wings with great taste and ready when we arrived. Our new favorite wing place and we’ve tried many places.
