Usually, my experiences here are good, especially because Chris always goes above and beyond at this location. However, today was disappointing. When we arrived, all the lights were off, the open sign was off, and after waiting five minutes, the only greeting I got was, "Do you need to order? It will be like 45-60 minutes," while she was fiddling with her nose ring. I immediately turned around and left. I understand being busy, but even when I tried calling ahead, they answered and then hung up. The place was dirty, dark, and overall unpleasant. Looks like I'll have to drive to Roseville to get proper service. Chris, this location really needs you—you were always so friendly and welcoming!
I believe these employees are among the worst this company could hire, not just at this location. The customer service is terrible, and they frequently get orders wrong! There's no greeting when taking orders, and they don’t apologize for their mistakes, yet they still want to increase the minimum wage! Whoever manages these establishments really needs to conduct evaluations, consider undercover assessments, or review the camera footage—anything to improve the situation! It’s just unacceptable.
I never received an email notifying me that my food was ready for pickup. Thankfully, I set a timer. None of the flavors of the wings were labeled on the box, so I had no idea which was which. Some of the food was so soggy that I couldn’t even eat it. The staff didn’t seem to pay any attention to the guests; they didn’t greet us or ask if we needed help. They were too busy counting money in the register.
I haven't visited Wing Stop in a long time because of poor customer service and incorrect orders in the past, but I was very pleased with my recent experience! Roderick was my cashier, and he provided warm and attentive service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my food was ready in about 10 minutes. Everything was just right. They definitely need more Rodericks working there!

I ordered a 30-piece wing platter, but when I opened the container, I found only 25 wings. Normally, I don't count my wings, but at over a dollar each, that missing five makes a difference. I spent about $37 to $38 on my meal, and I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. Unfortunately, I can't go back to request the missing wings or a refund. I'm really disappointed.
We had a fantastic experience during our lunch at this Wingstop! Chris delivered exceptional customer service, even going the extra mile to ensure I didn't leave with BBQ sauce on my face! Thank you, Chris! The food was also delicious!
This spot is a great alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings. Unlike the loud and busy environment there, it’s typically calm and relaxed here.
This Wingstop location is by far the best I’ve ever been to! Miranda provided outstanding service, and the food was exceptionally fresh!
