Our relatives recommended this restaurant and said the lobsters are very nice. So we spent £50-60 on a lobster dish. Talk about con or what! Yes, there were the usual claws and head. But for the body/tail section, they only gave us 4 tiny pieces. We complaint to their managers saying there must be more than 4 tiny pieces. But they told us they gave us the whole lobster. Which can't be true. When the tiny body/tail pieces were put together with the head and claws, it did not make up to a full lobster. But they refused to acknowledge this and refused to apologize. We've had lobsters in many other restaurants, this had to be the absolute worst and complete rip off. Never going back there again!...
The queuing system is extremely hectic and poorly organized. Once seated you’re only allowed to make an order once. We weren’t told about this and when we requested to add an additional item there was a lot of disagreement about this. We asked for cutlery and condiments multiple items prior to being received it by which time the food was cold. Many of the fried dim sums were over cooked. We then requested to have the optional service removed as we had a suboptimal experience. The manager investigated why multiple times and we explained our concerns above. She proceeded to say the wait staff’s wages are made of the service charge and repeated multiple times you’re not welcome here again.
Wing Tai offers an ideal setting for gatherings with family and friends. As a Hongkonger, I appreciate the restaurant's commitment to traditional and delectable cuisine. The Fried Ho Fun with Beef Green Pepper and the Chilli in Black Bean Sauce 乾炒牛河 , along with the Lamb Brisket with Beancurd Stick in Hot Pot 枝竹羊腩煲 , are absolute must-try dishes. The staff, including the friendly and helpful waiter, Eric, enhanced our dining experience. We look forward to returning for another delightful meal.
Gone down. Pre C-19 they were good. Now not so much and one of the worst Chinese meals ever. The boiled rice was the only nice thing. Everything else was greasy, oily and bland. The chicken they used in one dish was awful. The food was cold. The quality and presentation was not as it should be for a restaurant. So expensive too. Portion size is big. Restaurant is nice and spacious. Maybe with Chinese New Year they were just busy but no excuse for standards to drop.

Been here quite a few times over the years and it’s always been excellent! I don’t know what’s happened but it seems to have really gone downhill for my last couple of visits over the past year or so As I was trying to chew through my inedible roast duck, a couple walked towards the exit commenting on how bad their meal was and that they won’t be coming back again It’s a pity because it used to be such a great place to eat at
Had a takeaway this evening, very good and arrived on time. The only reason I did not give 5* was due to the sweet and sour vegetables. They had no flavour whatsoever and were an aneimic white sauce rather than the more normal vibrant red sauce that used to be offered. Please go back to your original recipe, will not order S&S again until sorted. Thank you for an (overall) excellent meal
The place was full as usual and had to wait a while before being shown to a table for the family. There was plenty of choice for us, but we tend to go for the same meals anyway. Would recommend the place as the service is good and have the opportunity to visit the superstore for Chinese items next door.
An enjoyable lunch Wing Tai, very nice Dim Sum deep fried squid cake, beef dumping and fried noodle(Ho Fun) with beef, all are delicious, and the price are reasonable. The staff are friendly, in particular, Eric, very impressed with his warm smiles and attentive services.

8th December we when win Thai restaurant, the waiter Eric is a very nice he has smile on his face and very kind. making us more comfortable. We enjoyed the dim sum in Wing Tai. Thank you Eric, see you again.
I would have rated 5 star but the app won't let me as it's not a vegan restaurant. However they adapt dishes to make them vegan it isn't an issue. The food is so fresh and tasty it's worth a visit.
