**Health and Hygiene Concerns!** We visited this restaurant several times, but our experience last week was really disappointing. We ordered a regular pizza and, feeling quite hungry, started eating quickly—until we found a dead fly in our pizza! The staff apologized and offered us a replacement, which we politely declined. They then mistakenly gave us the check for another table but eventually provided the correct one. To their credit, they did remove the cost of the pizza from our bill. This review is specifically for the Redwood Shores location. The pizza here is quite good, featuring thin yet generous slices. The salads are also large portions. I noticed they have around 7 or 8 brick ovens and a busy staff in the kitchen. There are seating areas both inside and outside. The ingredients were satisfactory. My only observation is that the waitstaff is relatively young and could benefit from a bit more training or experience. I’m not saying they did a bad job—far from it! Like hundreds of people in redwood shores Amicis has been a staple in our lives for almost 2 decades. The food has been consistent since the beginning. Amicis is now overpriced, but again the food is great. The last few times I been there to pick up food, I noticed how they are trying to save money by reducing the size of some of their to go containers. I also noticed, how they give only one bred per order if you don't ask for more. (It didn't use to be like this), This may be the last time we order from Amicis, so thank you for all the years of great food. In my opinion you passed the point of no return with your price increases, and mostly trying to save by giving less food.
Went here for a team lunch. All my good memories of take away pizza were sloshed. We ordered the Minestrone soup, which was bland luke warm. We then ordered the 50 pieces Flame Roasted Lemon Chicken Wings. I don't know what was wrong that day, but some of the chicken was undercooked. We get better and fresher Caesar Salad at Safeway. Margherita was just okay. Our old favorite New Haven White Clam was awesome hence the 3 stars. Spicy Pepper Chicken was just okay. Don't think we will go back again.

This place serves some of the best classic pizzas you can find. The thin, charred crust is perfect, and the toppings are fresh without being overly saucy. They also have a range of other dinner options available. You really can't miss with any choice here. Our top pick is the margherita pizza with sweet Italian sausage, and the lemon wings are an excellent option as well.
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and my meal was fantastic. I ordered the cheese raviolis with pesto, and they were delicious. The garlic bread was amazing as well. There was no wait time, and I received prompt service.
Amici’s is such a gem! Great pizza in a desert of great pizza! Their pasta is also excellent! The service is always top notch, their prices are very reasonable, and the food is some of the best you’ll find anywhere!
At last, a restaurant that offers eggless ravioli! We tried the pesto cheese ravioli along with a pizza. The pesto was a bit too oily; they might want to use less oil to make it a healthier option.
