During my recent visit to the restaurant, I observed the staff at the register playfully engaging in a mock fight instead of attending to their duties. I found this quite unprofessional and it was rather distracting. When I received my fries, they were smothered in a mystery cheese sauce from a bag. In the future, I think I'll opt for the spicy buffalo sauce instead. It might also be a good idea for them to wash their hands more frequently.
I love this Wingstop! The employees are friendly, and courteous. They don't have problems understanding what your ordering. I've never gotten an incorrect order from them. All of the food, from the chicken to the fries and the corn is freshly cooked. Never tastes like it has been sitting around. I'm a longtime often returning customer!!
Pretty good wings and plentiful fries, the service was really quick but I would say customer service lacks a bit at the front (no one said “bye” or “thank you” when I left). I am used to the dry rub being rubbed into the wings and not just sprinkled on top of a few wings so that is why I dinged one star.

I was disappointed by the limited parking options, but I was truly impressed by the service provided by Israel. He was friendly, polite, and had a professional demeanor. My order was accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
I really love their boneless chicken, and their sauces are amazing. However, I do think their fries are a bit disappointing, and I wish they would work on speeding up their service.
Had a major craving for wings and Wingstop didn’t disappoint! Even went back a second time the following weekend. Meaty wings and drums, and good portions.
