If I could leave no stars, I would. I have no good things to say about this location. definitely the worst of all the locations in edinburg. unfortunately this is the closest one to my house. every single time I have ordered carry out without fail the order is wrong. they can never make the order correctly. all they offer is an apology and tell you to go back and get what was missing. wasting our time and gas to have to go back and get what should've been there in the first place. I don't see what the point of ordering what you want is if they're going to give you want they want anyways. the customer service there is also lousy. it's no wonder they offer free things if you leave a good revie...
I don't know why I keep coming back to this Wingstop when I know they always mess up my order one way or another. I come by because it's close to my place but they always disappoint. I got the Cajun meal deal which they didn't even prepare as advertised, and I didn't even know Louisiana Rub became a sauce which was poorly tossed. I am only giving it 2 stars because of the freestyle Coke machine. Save your money for the BOGO wing deal at Wing Barn.
I asked for my wings extra crispy and when I arrived to pick them up I checked and they were very soggy. I talked to the manager and he said they can only cook them for 3 extra minutes. At Other location they usually make them extra crispy but they refuse at the Edinburg location. When I got home I put them in the oven for an extra 20 minutes because I could not eat them with how soggy they were.
Ordered online to be able to return home with the cozy weather. Half our order was missing; didn't realize it till we were home so we had to go back. Couldn't make the phone call since the line was busy. If you'd want to eat wings just eat there. Of you order to go make sure you check your food. It's not the first time this happens. We hadn't been here in a while and hoped it be different

This is ridiculous went in for a order of 10 wings and only got 9 wtf even is this mfs ran out of sauce or something never again will I bring my money to this wingstop maybe the one in San Juan but not this dumb in Edinburg
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I ordered 10 wings but only received 9. I was very unhappy with this and it seemed like they had run out of sauce. I will not be returning.
Food took around 15 to 20 minutes to come out only for me to take a bite and feel cold chicken. Lousy service was not at all helpful and was way too noisy inside this particular joint.

I keep returning to this Wingstop even though they always seem to get my order wrong. The location is convenient for me, which is why I continue to come back.
Great atmosphere inside or outside. Wish they had a TV outside. Everything was delicious, will definitely stop by again.
