I placed an order at 1:57pm and was told to be there after 16-21 minutes for pick up. I get there and there's only 3 people in the waiting area so it wasn't crowded. I tell the guy up front I was picking up and he advised me it would be done in 5 to 8 minutes. Well, an additional 25 minutes pass by and I ask the girl how much longer to where she said they haven't even cooked my fries yet! Seriously! I tell her I've been waiting here for my carryout order and I was told 8 more minutes 25 minutes ago. She then proceeded to shrug her shoulders and say I have to help the person behind me! So we have ordered here before and the food is always good I ordered the same thing everytime lol but this time my mom ordered for me and I asked her to order a side of cheese for the fries I asked she said she bought a couple. Like previously I assumed I would receive those little co trainers for sauce. Nope they sent us not one but TWO big bowls of cheese!!! I was dying of laughter who needs that much cheese! Lol guess I'll have to use em for something.
I’m not sure if the young lady helping me at 8:05 pm tonight was trying to be funny with me by telling me earlier that my order that I placed earlier by phone was gonna take another 30 min. Then she asks why I have a sad expression when she proceeds to help someone before me which I was standing for 5 min waiting for my order she says “maybe have a spa” and stares at me with the weirdest expression. Like huh. Train workers to act right.
Ordered online, it said it'll be ready to pick up between 16-20 min. I show up 20 min later and get told it's still going to take another 10 min. Really?
