This restaurant is absolutely terrible. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 18 minutes, but after waiting 1 hour and 2 minutes, it was still not ready. The staff was rude and offered no apologies. I noticed employees on their cell phones while cooking, completely ignoring the customers. Other patrons who arrived after us received their food before our online order was fulfilled. When we finally got our to-go boxes, they were placed upside down, causing leaks all over my car. If I could give zero stars I would !!! Throw the whole night shift away , they were rude and all on their phones while the customers were in their face and ignoring people like they wasn?t in their face . Then they gave my order away and had the nerve to talk about a refund that would take five business days a Itold them several times I don?t want the refund just give me my food it?s late ! It took one person to stand up and give good customer service and give me my food that was paid for online and had people waiting an hour for orders . The wings were consistently hard and overcooked, with barely any sauce at all—why is that? It felt more like biting into a piece of unbattered fried chicken rather than enjoying wings. It was truly disappointing, and it's not the first or second time this has happened. The app doesn't allow us to specify special instructions like "extra wet" or "wet wings"; it only lets us choose drums, flats, and well done. And when they say “well done,” it seems to mean burnt since all the food is overcooked. At this point, I've decided I will not return as a customer. I ordered 10 plain wings at 1:21 PM. As I was the only customer in the store, I enjoyed a nice chat with the young girl at the register. However, it’s now 1:41 PM and my food still hasn’t arrived. I was told just five minutes ago that I was next in line. Really? The floor is so slippery that I could easily breakdance on it. I considered using the bathroom but changed my mind because both the floor and tables were not clean. Finally, my food arrived at 1:43 PM. If you're really hungry, I wouldn't recommend coming here. To top it all off, I got home and discovered that I was charged an extra $1.39 for ranch, but it wasn’t included in my order. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Book a table now

This restaurant is by far the worst dining option on St. Charles Rock Road. Avoid ordering food here if you value prompt and accurate service. I placed an online order that indicated a wait time of 38-43 minutes, which I thought was reasonable for a Friday dinner. I arrived after 35 minutes, expecting a short wait, but ended up waiting for an entire hour. During that time, they suddenly announced that they were out of fries, yet I could still place an order for them online. To top it off, I witnessed five customers come back with incorrect orders. The staff seems completely disorganized; they couldn’t even manage the basics.

I can't praise the entire Wing Stop team enough for their outstanding service today. I placed a sizable order (over 200 wings and fries) for a work event. I ordered online the day before and called the store to confirm they could accommodate my request, as I needed the order ready shortly after they opened. Nicole and the whole staff were incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. They ensured my large order was ready on time, and the food was delicious. Everything went perfectly at the work event!

I placed my order online in advance, as they typically disable that option. The restaurant indicated that my food was completed at 9:16 PM, but it’s now 9:50 PM and I still haven't received anything. I can’t even get a refund because they sadly don't know how to process them. I would never dine here again, even if it were the last restaurant on Earth. This place needs to close down.

I waited 35 minutes for lemon pepper wings, only to discover that my food had been sitting for 15 minutes while waiting for fries. When I politely mentioned that my food was cold, they took it back to warm it up. However, when I got home, I found grease dripping from the bag. Update: I returned today and ordered the same meal. I showed the staff a picture of my previous food, and I’m happy to report that this time my fries and chicken were cooked perfectly. They tasted great!
