Wingstop - Table reservation

During my initial visit to this establishment, I encountered a disappointing experience that regrettably leads me to conclude it will be my last. I placed an order, and the host, Nikeria, handled my request. I opted for a combo that was supposed to include a soda, specifying my preference for a Coke. However, upon reaching the soda machine, I discovered an absence of sodas, only juice.Seeking clarification, I approached Nikeria, who was obtaining a beverage for another person. To my surprise, she conveyed that they had run out of Coke. I expressed my dissatisfaction, questioning why this information wasn't communicated when I initially placed my order. Our ensuing dialogue proved unproductiv...

First time customer. The place was really busy on Saturday evening. We ordered 15 wings to go....when we returned home we opened our order and noticed the wings were way way way over fried. They were totally dried out. Reminded me of the chicken jerkey dog treats. I rarely leave negative reviews about restaurants, i was in the restaurant business for many years in the past, but we paid 21.00 for something that went into the trash.

I called in they said it would be ready in 28 minutes it wasn’t ready till an hour later kitchen area was dirty fries and grease all I’ve the floor no one had on gloves or even washed their hands it was several people waiting on food delay. Wait time by hours.They don’t give u what u ask for I asked for mixed chicken instead I got 8 flats 2 drums . Very rude and very slow

I have had food delivered twice. Both times items were forgotten. My rootbeer was nasty, like a mix of sodas. Fries left a lot to be desired, very soggy.
