Wingstop - Table reservation

Horrible customer service. Walked in and staff was screaming at the customers in the lobby due to long Wait time. I was there over 30 minutes long. Every Staff member is in the kitchen no customer service at the register. when customers began to ask for customer service the manager and male cook began to scream at the lobby. Do not even want to get started with the restaurant itself, safety hazards EVERYWHERE. The wheelchair ramp is destabilized so it cannot bear support. The base boards are falling off and there are pieces on the floor so as you wait in the extra long lines you’re standing in debris. The condiments stations is non existent, napkins are provided as one big restroom paper tow...

Disgusting in there, the owner of this location should make a visit the employees obviously weren't in sync with eachother from their attitudes towards eachother and the fact that they couldn't identify my order because one of them put the wrong sticker on the bag. Bench had liquid on it and the counter for fountain drinks was absolutely disgusting with dirty lids all over the place etc. the lil guy with the twist in his head acted like he had an attitude when I asked him where were the fresh lids. First and last time coming in there

DO NOT EAT HERE FOUND ROACH IN WINGS. REAL QUESTION HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU COOK A ROACH INTO NAKED( MEANING NO BATTER) LEMON PEPPER WINGS? I HAVE A VIDEO BUT IT WONT LET ME POST IT.

The fries had a weird taste/seasoning (kind of sweet) and the tenders were EXTREMELY salty to the point I couldn’t even finish one. What a waste of money.
