If I could give 0 stars for service, I would ?. My friends had a party during the football draft and spent over $120 for wings and fries. We get to the party and the wings were NAKED. None of the correct seasonings. We called to have it corrected and we got terrible service from whoever answered the phone. We called back the next day when the GM was there and she said that at our superbowl party, she would make it right by replacing our order. We were satisfied with this. Id give them no stars if it allowed that, I ordered delivery from them today and spent 37dollars for them to hand my order out to someone else and refunded my order without even contacting me first. I got a text message from a door dasher letting me know. Then I had to call the store over 30 times before some picked up and instead of a greeting they say your order has been refunded so I'm like why did I have to call over 30 times before you answer? Second time I've ordered classic and received boneless. Not everyone orders nuggets, please check your order tickets before wasting my dasher's time. When I go in you seem to get it right but ordering delivery seems to be a joke against the person ordering. It would be okay if boneless and classic were the same price but since it costs extra I guess I'll just keep getting free money from doordash for your mistakes.
nobody ever answers the phone. you go in and the floors are always completely wet and the drink machine is always out of 95% of the flavors. the last time almost every table was dirty with trash. the cashier had an attitude so bad i just wanted to let her know the world isn’t out to get her. terrible service and the food was alright but not okay enough to excuse the way I seen everyone being treated.

Ordered 40 piece wings, corn, fries, 2 sandwiches for delivery because my car is in the shop. Only received fries and the corn. Spent $89!! Called multiple times they don’t answer the phone. Called the 877 number they said they would have to forward my info to upper management to see what they could do about this…NEVER WILL I ORDER OR EAT THEIR AGAIN!!!
Their website double charged. When I told the store about it, the cashier scribbled my name on a random piece of paper. I called corporate for them to file a report to higher. Still waiting to get a refund. Called the store several times, no one answers and no voicemail set up. Unprofessional.
I ordered the 20 boneless wings 2 dips and a large fry for $16.99. I absolutely love their Louisiana rub,but they have their hot honey rub back as well. Both flavors are absolutely delicious! You can choose up to 4 flavors for the wings...or go plain..their is no wrong way to go with wings!
Trash, yah gotta do something about yahs workers. Second time Ive walked in to one tweaking off some sort of drugs and the fact that they are always arguing over the phone with somebody. Do better.

Thought the wings were fried but seemed to be baked. There was no breading on them. The taste was good but prefer fried wings. Good service and clean place.
