Wingstop - Table reservation

I have been ordering from this location for many, many years and the past few months has gone downhill fast. Tonight put a pin in it for me. The female answering the phones (wouldn’t give name) was so rude and arguing with me that I couldn’t have placed a delivery order because they don’t do delivery. I asked to speak to manager since I have been placing deliver orders thru their website for years so I know they do delivery. Scott got on phone and was just as bad. My delivery order is nowhere to be found and they have no solution because they are “busy”. I can wait until Monday to speak to owner which they refused to give me name of. Terrible service. Food is great, but the customer service is disappointing. I was given the wrong order and they called me while I was driving home. They asked me to return and get my correct order. I had not noticed the order was wrong so I was digging in the bag and eating fries while driving. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes away. I handed the bag to the young woman and she handed me my order. She did not say a word, not even an I'm sorry for the mix up I hope they made Jeff a new fresh order and didn't just hand him half eaten fries. Every other restaurant will tell the customer to keep the wrong order as they cannot handed to the right customer and will just go in the trash.

I've ordered here many, many times. And I'm not sure why other then the food is good and it just happen to be close to my house. Every time I've ordered from here, which is at least 8 times in the last 3 months, it's never just a normal transaction. Everytime they either get my order wrong, they're never ready even when the app says they are are, or they're completely unaware they got an order. And evert single time I have never heard them say sorry or even act like they care. Terrible service, awful staff.

the hired are lousy and suggest if they have commanded many that they go somewhere else. very unprofessional, high school environment. they would not have a cup of water for a 45 minutes waiting for food without loading a drink full price

I think my review got deleted or didn’t save. But yesterday 3/4/22 this nonsense happened. Absolutely ridiculous that this man is even considered as a manager.
