There should be a clear sign on the front door stating that the restroom is for customers only to prevent any misunderstandings about people entering the restaurant just to use the facilities. The manager, Delcy (as indicated on my receipt), did not handle my complaint in a professional manner. Instead of addressing my concerns, she simply reiterated the restroom policy without acknowledging or explaining my issues. When I suggested that she should prioritize the customer experience, she remained steadfast in her position and seemed unwilling to listen.

When I walked in to place my pickup order, I said "order," and the staff shared some awkward glances and smiles, which made things feel a bit off. I decided to go with the wings, but they were overcooked to the point of being crunchy, which is not what you expect from traditional wings. The fries I received were clearly cold, having been left under a warmer long before I even ordered. Having worked at Buffalo Wild Wings and another wing establishment, I can confidently say this was the worst service and most disappointing food I've ever had from a Wingstop. I ordered in store and my food was ready within the 10 minutes that they advised. Service was acceptable, not overly friendly but professional. My order was accurate, but the food wasn't that good. Portion size was fine. The fries were cooked well, BUT they were sweet, making me think they accidentally used sugar instead of salt. The boneless chicken is mostly outer crust and not much chicken. The garlic parmesan was full of parmesan but no noticeable garlic flavor, and it was so oily/buttery that it's overwhelming (it was hard to eat more than 2 pieces). The original hot was ok. I hope this is just part of their growing pains and they'll improve in the future.
I love stopping by this place after my gym workouts for their Cajun-style three-piece tenders, which come with celery sticks and unsweetened iced tea. They cook the tenders perfectly, without the over-salting that you often find at other wing places. I also appreciate that they stay open late, even after many other restaurants have closed. The staff here is friendly and truly seems to care about what they do, which is a nice change from the typical fast food experience. Keep up the great work!

We ended up chatting about our mutual love for Wingstop wings, discussing all the different flavors. My partner even shared her thoughts on how amazing the BBQ wings are. We shared a laugh together, and to our delight, when we received our order, we found two extra BBQ wings included! What a kind and sweet gesture! She truly enhanced our Wingstop experience, and we can't wait to come back! I don't know her name, but she was wonderful!
I had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago in the middle if the afternoon. I placed my order to go at the counter. Barely 15 minutes later and my order was ready Very friendly service and when I need my Atomic sauce fix, I'll surely return. 2 thumbs up from this chili head, thank you.
The service was rather slow, even with five staff members working. They had difficulty coordinating effectively. If you're planning to come for lunch, be ready for a longer wait than you might expect to get back to work. On a brighter note, my son really enjoyed the wings!
Food was amazing. Service was terrible. The Lady that greeted us, was very unfriendly. If you asked about what a certain food option brought, she'd roll her eyes at you as if you were stupid for not knowing. The overall atmosphere that she created ruined the experience.

The employees were rude and nothing works. Every time I have go there computer has been down they don't have my order but they take my payment. They ask me to order again and and they won't give me a refund so they want me to pay double for one meal.
