Wingstop provides disappointing customer service and isn’t worth visiting. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and when an employee finally came to the register, they just bluntly asked, "What do you want?" It’s frustrating to experience such poor hospitality, especially when customers are ready to explore the menu and make a purchase. A truly disappointing experience.
I placed my order and ended up waiting an entire hour inside the restaurant. Customers who came in after me got their food before I did. I only ordered a 15-piece wing combo, and when I asked about the status of my order, they couldn’t give me a clear response. I won’t be ordering from here again. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered!
I give this wing stop a one Star because they french fríes are burnt and do not traste good and the chicken tenders are not good because they added too much seasoning and taste very spicy and i asked for little barbecue and they too much.
It's a rubbish service. The cashier Jennifer bought my order, she served other of her friends after me and did what she wanted when delivering their orders and I never delivered mine. I left without an order and paid for it. Book a table now
Very delicious wings great service. The staff were all very helpful nice. We ordered the 20 wing deal, with 4 flavors, 2 dipping sauces, and a large fry for 18$. Our food came out relatively quick. I?ll be back.
This location was very unprofessional and no one had on mask or gloves. I was dissatisfied with the quality of service and the food was terrible. We could not eat the food.
Its amazing, the foods great the people who work there is really nice. You should try their spicest sauce with wing its so good
