Made an online order (50 traditional wings) hours before and my order was not ready at that given time frame. I was told by en employee it would take an additional 10-15mins on top of the time it was expected to be ready. I didn’t complain, I understand it can get busy. After 20mins I asked again about my order and they could not locate my order or name. Then, they asked for all my information and I assume they finally put in the order. We order a 15 classic 8 mango n 6 bbq all bad super dry and had no sauce i had plain chicken , I called for a refund and manager said she packed them and did had sauce yeah right nothing they just gave me refund for the mango habanero really bad service
Price got higher, and the quality went down. My fries were dry and looked like they were reused from the day before. Some wings were way too small. To charge almost $20 for dry fries and small, almost meatless wings is just sad.
The online order took 40 minutes to prepare instead of the promised 20 minutes. The cashiers at the registers were inattentive and spent more time chatting in the back instead of assisting customers.

I have the Wingstop app and always order ahead. I'm always in and out, and my food is always hot and fresh. My go-to is currently a 10pc classic atomic with a side of veggies and ranch.
Been here a few times already and the cashiers I’ve gotten are rude as hell. For no reason too. They rush you while you’re ordering and act like they don’t wanna be there.
