The staff are pathetic. Customer service is NOT a concern to them. Order was over an hour late.... stood there for 45 minutes waiting and not 1 employee would even acknowledge me even when i am looking right at them asking about my order, instead they would look away and walk away.They were polite and attentive when i was paying however.That had to be the worst and most pathetic service ever.No chance i will go back ... the staff is ruining a decent wing place.
I was very disappointed with my meal tonight. The wings were rubbery and slimy, despite my request for Extra Crispy. The Lemon Pepper wedges were overly seasoned, as if the shaker lid had fallen off. My wife's chicken bites were also soggy and drenched in sauce. Her Lemon Wedges lacked seasoning altogether. The vegetable sides were disappointingly small. Overall, our experience was very disappointing.
Ordered the classic chicken, Memphis chicken sandwich and wings. The classic chicken is exactly like the picture bun and chicken. Wings were tasty with lots of sauce options. However the wait time was a lot, was told 20 mins but was 40 mins for 2 sandwiches and wings, hence the 2 star
Place is an absolute rip off save your money. They don’t give you anything for how much you pay. The chicken isn’t even that good. Please avoid at all cost if you don’t want to feel like you got robbed of your money. This place is a joke. If I could give it -1 stars I would. Book a table now
Fast service and delicious wings !! Love the Honey garlic parmesan ! The space is clean and the employee is friendly and attentive ! Call in ahead to avoid long wait time as the wings are cooked fresh !
Overall not a good experience I ordered food the service was good accept the driver was very unperfessional . Couldn’t even give me change when I gave him 40 bucks .
The boy was humble nd way of talking was good his name was Aman Singh. serving was good. Nice place..
