We travel to Niederbronn at least once a month. This is one of our FAVORITE places to have lunch or dinner. The food is gorgeous, the family is wonderful, the restaurant is always full of people and laughter and conversation (BOOK EARLY! I cannot recommend any one thing on the menu because I would truly recommend EVERYTHING ... you absolutely cannot go wrong ... we usually try to order two completely different meals so that we can swap halfway through and get to sample twice as much! Absolutely a must when you are in town!
Visited this restaurant as it was recommended to me and they were right to... The only less superb thing about it for me was the quite high touristy feel to it, especially the part in the back (locals sit in the front), but the kitchen made me all forgive and forget.. had a great dish, kitchen adjusted the salad for me (as my experience in Alsace was they all drench their salads in sauce) and it was perfect. Had the porc confites and loved every bite of it.

Nous sommes allées dîner un soir bonne ambiance très conviviale , un repas excellent plein de saveurs. Des mets délicats goûteux, les dames qui nous ont accompagné dans cette découverte ont été fantastiques, généreuses de cœur , nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison dans un trois étoiles .
