Das Restaurant hat einen neuen Küchenchef, dieser Wechsel bringt neuen Schwung in die Küche, die Speisen sind gut, das Gemüse ist richtig gewürzt, das Fleisch und die Saucen haben Geschmack und man spürt die Leidenschaft des Koches. Auch das der Koch sich im Gästebereich zeigt und mit seiner aufgestellten Art begegnet, macht es um so besser. Sein Team hat er im Griff. Ich hoffe das dieser Küchenchef diese Qualität beibehält, und uns so die nächsten Jahre erhalten bleibt. In dem Sinne wünsche ich im alles Gute.
I'm thrilled, it's on a restaurant level and not what you would imagine a canteen to be, I've been enjoying eating here for a long time, it's cooked with love and of high quality. The chef Marco Schmid and his team are innovative and also respond to special needs. The whole team is also very friendly and personable, they really put their heart and soul into it. Thank you very much for that!
es handelt sich hier um eine kantine mit wenigen mittagsmenüs sowie salatbuffet. seid einigen monaten ist ein neuer küchenchef vorort, seither hat sich die qualität massgeblich verbessert und ich gehe nun gerne ab und an über den mittag vorbei.
A great restaurant/canteen with a very good price/performance offer. The long-standing and extremely helpful staff do everything to ensure satisfied guests. A big thank you goes out to you!
