We visited this restaurant on 04/02, family of 5. For start, food is great and prices within reasonable limits. Staff is friendly, but with a purpose as it turned out. After finishing our dinner and dessert, the waiter asked us if we needed a drink (good for the stomach as he claimed). We said no 3 times. As he insisted even after our 3rd denial, we thought that it was on the house and said OK, just to get on with it. It turned out that there was a charge of 22,5€ for something we did not want and barely each one of us had just a sip of it. Additionally, there was a kitchen fee of 19€. Tbh, I am not sure if same is referred on the menu, but we did not have any such charge on another restaura...

We ate here for our first night in Munich. Reserved a table from the UK. We had the Cordon Bleu and schnitzel followed by some apple fritters, all washed down with some tasty local beer. The food was delicious and the service was first class. We were given a menu in English and well looked after by our waiter. It was full of locals, which is always a good sign. It is actually on Gabelbergerstasse, next door to McDonalds. Well worth a visit.

Been here a couple of times. Food is always good, lots of space and nice atmosphere. Typical Bavarian with a few twists. Really like this place and would recommend to both regulars and traveller's. Munchner schnitzel is a good one. And the fried apple rings for dessert
