Seit vielen Jahren kehren wir oft hier ein. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr rustikal und der Umgebung angepasst. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Westerwälder Wurstplatte mit Wurstsorten, deren Geschmack einzigartig sind. Einziger wirklicher negativer Punkt: das Betreiberehepaar ist die Unfreundlichkeit in Person. Wir wurden sehr oft mit dem Hinweis abgewiesen, dass man keine Zeit hätte. Also sind Gäste auch nicht immer willkommen. Gott sei Dank gibt es im Gelbachtal auch Alternativen, bei denen man herzlichst willkommen ist.
Meine Frau und ich waren heute durch Zufall im Netz auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen, und was sollen wir sagen es war wirklich sehr schön und sehr lecker (Tagessuppe Hühner Brühe) wunderbarer Geschmack. Die Karte klein aber das passt perfekt innen schön Rustikal passt in die Gegend und draußen ein sehr schöner Platz unter Weinreben. Die Dame die uns bedient hat sehr nett und freundlich ganz toll. Durch's Gelbachtal ist immer eine Tour wert, Sonntags aber sehr viele Biker unterwegs. Der Biker-Treff ist bekannt, immer wieder gut. Die Speisen ok und günstig. Auch die Kuchen sind lecker. Sehenswert ist das Motorrad Museum, viele alte Schätzchen, viele alte BMW'S, sollte man unbedingt mal gesehen haben.
