I had a roast dinner at The Withy Arms tonight and the lamb was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. There was plenty of gravy along with a jug for extra. Even the vegetables were delicious. I made sure to save room for the sticky toffee pudding, which was absolutely delicious. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The atmosphere was lovely and they had great music playing.
I have always had a great experience at this restaurant, whether I'm dining with friends or family or just stopping in for a drink. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly, making me feel welcomed and even accommodating my mobility scooter. I highly recommend this place.
Walked in, got served almost immediately with a couple of cask beers a nice lager and a fruity cider, all in excellent condition. Made to feel welcome by some regular visitors. All in all a good experience.
The staff is friendly, there is a cozy real fire, and the food is fantastic.
