This place has the worst customer service first when you walk in both of the cashiers sitting in the lobby on there phones then no greeting the young man was nice I asked how long he said 15 minutes ok cool. So I came back 2 minutes later my food was ready the bell ? rings the girl went and picked up the food (remember she sitting in lobby) NO WASH YOUR HANDS NOTHING THEN MY ORDER WAS WRONG I ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON MY WINGS (WHICH I WAS CHARGED FOR)THEN SHE GOT SMART BECAUSE I ASKED LIKE HER ATTITUDE WAS ON 10 FOR NO REASON I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE MY FOOD WAS $16.00 FOR 10pc COMBO I DONT MIND PAYING FOR MY FOOD, THE ATTITUDE NO THANK YOUParking: Out front
Don't know how people still eat here.....really sad that people don't pay attention to restaurant ratings before buying food. I guess that's not important to some these days. Had a taste for good burger and walked in and the restaurant was dirty and didn't smell inviting or appetizing. I ALWAYS check the ratings and they had theirs hidden beside register and NOT hanging up as it should be. Folks the rating here is 70!!!!Why? I am planning ro reach out to Public Health Department to report them. We deserve to have Clean and sanitary Food, have to raise the standard. Walked out without ordering
I placed a takeout order for fried okra and cauliflower. Both had too much batter; However, the cauliflower was mushy and the dough not completly cooked.I attempted to call the number on the receipt which is the same on their website. Regardless, it went to a generic voicemail box and I couldn't leave a message.In addition, I received a survey after my order was picked up. I fill it out and expressed my displeasure. A week and a half later and no one has bothered to address my experience.I won't go there again and nor will I refer anyone to them.Highly Dissappointed,TEL
The service was excessively slow, and we waited quite a while for our food to be served. The cashier appeared to be uncertain about her responsibilities; when the bell rang to signal that our order was ready, she simply stood there without responding. It’s disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism. If someone isn’t motivated to execute their job effectively, they might want to rethink their suitability for the position.

The restaurant has a health score of 70, which they appear to be attempting to hide behind another sign. When their score was higher, they displayed it proudly. The service is incredibly slow, and prices have increased significantly; $30 for two 10-piece orders is unreasonable. The lemon pepper dry was nearly inedible, almost rock-hard. I won't be coming back.
Extremely slow, took forever for the food to come outThe cashier acts like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding and the service was just as impressive. I shared some wings with my son, and it was truly a treat. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the sauces were spot on. I highly recommend eating here! Food: 5/5
Horrible, SLOW service, a lot of talking but not enough working, teens.. I mean young adults no wait ADULTS since they want to be grown so bad. This isn’t the best location to come to.
