I ordered food at 5:11 pm and called back at 5:58 pm because my order had not been delivered yet. I wanted to know when it would arrive, and was told that the driver had just picked it up. I waited until 6:27 pm and was told that my order was on its way. When I asked why it took so long, I was transferred to the manager. She was incredibly rude. If she is the boss, she definitely needs some retraining. I understand that they were busy, but they should not promise a 30-40 minute delivery time and then take over an hour.
I have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant near me for a long time. I have tried others, but they all seemed to offer the same dishes. This place is unique though - their ingredients are fresh and the flavors are great. I will definitely be returning to try more items from the menu.
