Wok me 0/10 cleanliness Today Lady at the counter appeared to be sick and she blew her nose into a tissue and put the tissue down on her prep counter and continued serving without washing her hands or even putting on gloves Also from a previous experience (a couple of months ago) I had seen a guy from inside the kitchen drop a piece of chicken onto the ground and pick it back up and put it back into the bowl (he was making the sushi from what I was able to see)
Would be nice if they actually had any food to purchase, tried to get lunch there today, only six pieces of sushi, three spring rolls and two large dim sims..... walked away hungry.... pathetic, no wonder the business is in trouble!
Went into wok me emerald at 10:45 and was told I couldn't order noodles for 20 minutes. If a store opens at 10am you should be able to order at 10am. This is not a 1 off either, it happens all the time.
Very limited menu, more of a deep fried fast food place now, a bit disappointed as this place used to do awesome meals. Would like to see it thrive again .
