I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I have ordered from here a few times before, but last night I ordered £47.80 worth of food and some items never arrived. When I called to speak to a staff member, she gave me three different excuses - first they were out of what I wanted, then they had just received some, but finally said they didn't want to deliver it to my address because they had just delivered my food. The rice was cold, and the chips were hard and cold. It was very disappointing, as the Chinese food used to be good. I will never order from this place again.

Unfortunately minus points were many 1. the workers struggled to speak in English 2. food proportions were very tiny, probably just enough for a 5 year old. so it is better for buffet with is to go almost 17 pounds. down is when they do not finish all buffet food (rented to them on their table), they must pay for the product they could not manage to finish 3. the personal was not very attentive. had to give them a few times a scream 4. a bit slow with the food delivery. 5. overall no good value for money
Despite its dated and traditional Asian decor, the external appearance of this place does not do it justice. The restaurant was clean, including the WC. We had a large family-friendly meal with great service and hot, fresh food. The portions were large and the flavors were great. The staff was very accommodating. Although it is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, you order fresh from the table. We would not hesitate to return.
Terrible service Made an order and paid Waited an entire hour and received a text message saying they were unable to deliver and my money will be returned in 3-5 days The fact they Waited an entire hour to not check our address or inform us is disgusting The fact i have to wait nearly a week to get refunded is horrific
