I’ve tried this restaurant multiple times, but it consistently disappoints. They rarely have the dishes I want from the menu. When I do get something, it’s overly salty and doesn’t have any authentic Caribbean flavor. Additionally, I’ve experienced rudeness on three separate occasions—twice from male staff and once from a female. Overall, this place is a letdown.
I absolutely love this restaurant! The cashier, cook, and greeter are always so friendly and welcoming. I've been a loyal customer since they first opened, and I still enjoy dining here. The food is fantastic! I usually order the fish, but the lunch special is a great deal as well, even though it’s typically available only for chicken.
I absolutely loved Wood Fire Grill! The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience. The highlight for us was the sliders; they were so delicious that we had to order another round because they literally melted in our mouths. The sushi from the menu was also impressive. I will definitely be back!
(New ownership). The woman who used to greet and serve customers was exceptionally kind, but she is no longer employed there. During my visit today, I noticed she was missing and inquired about her. Rather than providing a clear answer, the new owner was evasive and misleading. Service rating: 1/5. Book a table now
The food and service were ahead of our expectations. We really enjoyed the vibes of this spot. Nice restaurant to take the family out for dinner.
