Rolling into Woody’s Bar and Grill in Stillwater, MN, is like finding a spare tire in the trunk a true relief. The Goosey Burger was a flame grilled masterpiece, reminiscent of the perfect tire tread distinct and reliable. The BBQ sauce, not too sweet, complemented the fresh toppings like a well oiled wheel.The stuffed mushrooms? Hot, cheesy, and as satisfying as the sound of a torque wrench securing a lug nut. THE BEST!!!! burgers in the valley. $12 even for a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. $2 for a soda (typical). Service can be hit or miss though but on 4/6/24 it was a hit even when they were busy. I've been to woodys ever since 2011. I highly recommend the burgers or pizza.
Fun place. It's bar food but it's good bar food. Service was great! Decided to stick around and bowl with the kids and with the set up they have it's very easy to play with bumpers that are available for kids then drop for us to bowl. Good selection of beer.
Had a great time with colleagues here. Wonderful atmosphere, quality food and a bustling bowling alley.
