I love this place so much. The mushroom cashew cheese empanada is MY FAVORITE. Quinoa lentil, pinto red bean are also delightful. The mixed Berry dessert one is like warm berry pie. I just love it here and Chris (one of the owners is the best
All the vegan options are delicious. Can’t go wrong. Really yummy flaky empanada. My favorite is the mushroom with cashew cheese. 2nd is the soyrizo and the lentil is super good too but the least exciting of the three.
I just had two vegan empanadas at this place, the mushrooms with cashew cheese and the soyrizo one, you can also ask for chimichurri sauce, that was really good, or salsa. I’m very surprise how good it was!
