I ordered Chilli onion potato wedges and we ended up getting regular potato wedges... sadly we didn't even realize this until we got home which was much farther away from wow wings and when we called them to mention this how they charged us for Chilli onion potato wedges and only gave us regular wedges they didn't even try to fix their mistake by delivering the correct order to us or even just provide a credit on our account for next time when we order. They simply said we cannot do that and we can't deliver. And that was that.. so if we are ordering for a party and the order gets messed they aren't gonna try to fix it ? This was absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be going here...
This is the kind of place you want to go to after a smoke session. Food you would want to get on the way home after the club.The kind of food you would enjoy eating before knocking out or to waking up to in the middle of the night to finish off when going to the washroom. ?Only down side is that the environment should be much more tables and possibly a bar for the type of food they offer.Secondly I read that the wings were reheated and not freshly fried. This I agree with but honestly a lot of places do this.. the reheat quality was still good with tender soft meat.So there you have it. Definitely a repeat for me
I made a phone order at this place and the cashier who took my order heard my order incorrectly. After I paid is when i found that she charged me for 1 pound wings instead of the onion rings that I asked for. When I asked for a refund and to order the onion rings, she said no as i already paid and the food was made. After that, i just took what i paid for. Apart from that, the jaffna fries was cold and was not fresh at all. The wings looked good tho but still cold.I will not recommend this location and if you decide to go here, please ask the cashier to repeat the order as i see this happens often.
I used to order from this place once every few months for the last couple years. They won’t have another penny from me for the following reasons: Bad customer service. Questionable practices through Uber eats. Slow to send off your order when the fries clearly aren’t fresh (soggy each time but the wings are fine thus why I stopped ordering the fries). I’d rather support small businesses that appreciate your service than the ones that simply don’t care about improving their business as a whole.

Ordered chili onion wedges and they gave me just regular wedges while charging me for the ones I ordered. Thought it's fine I'll just call them, they wanted me to come back and get new ones when I live very far away.... asked them to send via uber eats or leave a credit on my phone number but they said it wasn't possible. I ordered the Markham special and my food arrived cold, barely warm. It seemed like they had prepared extra fries/wings and just added sauces on top, which is likely why it was cold. However, the flavor of the food was still good.
The sauce on the honey garlic wings was very minimal, almost like plain wings. The Jaffna fries were not crispy, rather too soft. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. It's a hit or miss experience.
I ordered from Wow Wing House about two months ago and the Jaffna Fries did not disappoint! It would be even better if the portion size was increased, but overall it was a great experience.

Very friendly owner but for me the food was not that great but my brother liked it, so it Depends on your Taste
