Leider hatte ich eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in der Baby- und Kinderabteilung. Beim Kauf wurde uns nicht erklärt, dass die gewählte Babyschale nicht mit einer 360°-Base kompatibel ist, sondern nur mit einer festen Base. Hätten wir diese Information erhalten, hätten wir selbstverständlich ein anderes, auch teureres Modell gewählt. Aufgrund dieser unvollständigen Beratung muss ich nun eine neue Babyschale kaufen und zusätzlich 279 € bezahlen, obwohl ich der Meinung bin, dass der Fehler nicht auf unserer Seite liegt. Als „Lösung“ wurde mir lediglich ein Rabatt von 10 angeboten, was ich in dieser Situation als nicht ausreichend empfinde. Ich kaufe seit Jahren bei XXXLutz ein und hatte bisher...

Wooow a real taste-exlposion! The meat was sooo tender and the sauce was so perfect spicy. The tomato corners were the bang, they were slightly sweet and at the same time sour. It was really very delicious and saturating again.

Wir haben durch den Herrn Endrit Murtezaj endlich unsere Traumküche!! Er hat uns durchgehend mit viel Engagement unterstützt und durch seine Fachkenntnisse eine außerordentlich gute Beratung Gegeben. Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl das er uns nur was verkaufen möchte sondern eher das er unsere Probleme versteht und uns die besten Lösung anbietet. XXXLutz ist eine absolute weiter Empfehlung.
