The couch was delivered as promised and can not fault XXXLutz on the delivery and service of assembly. However, the U-form couch was delivered and we noted that the one side piece was significantly narrower than what was on display in the shop. It turns out, the dimensions on the label in the shop do not match that of the couch on display and our couch was manufactured to the dimensions per the label. Completely misleading and false representation as the only reason we bought the couch was due to the size of that piece in the shop. There is also no option to select a bigger side piece and therefore what is on display should be what arrives. VERY poor service trying to resolve this matter, no...
XXL lutz's code of conduct is a joke: The customer and the fulfillment of his Desires are at the center of everything of our actions. Because of that, cheekily incompetent and leaving customers out in the cold. Everything went wrong with order YJ0304175. The supplier DHL turned out to be incompetent and XXL Lutz turned out to be incompetent. As a customer you didn't feel like you were being taken seriously and no help was offered anyway. That was the last time I had to deal with a company in the XXL Group.
We have ordered a furniture item in this store nine months ago (in the middle of April). Today, end of December, we still do not have the purchased item. Once you pay money to them you are at their mercy.
