formerly yakiniku, the boss has reinnovated his restaurant with a more than original style. The boss is always as welcoming and the quality is always at the rendezvous for more than 10 years. When we enter, we see a service around the kitchen in the shape of the place where we can see the team cook in front of us. the dishes are fresh and the equipment is revolutionary, I have never seen a kitchen so technologically equipped. The sanitary are clean. Important note: come to bibi for their daily dishes and homemade desserts (especially caramel cream.)
We made a special detour to come and eat at Bibi, attracted by the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed! Having just arrived from the airport, we were welcomed into a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean restaurant. The sushi was incredibly fresh, as were the desserts. The chef, in addition to being a true culinary artist, is super friendly and attentive. The little extra: he offered us coffee to end our meal in style. A 5/5 experience, to be repeated without hesitation!
super restaurant where we were very well welcomed at 20:15 a Wednesday evening, while the restaurant closed at 21:00! very good sushi and sashimis! the chef made me discover the mixture wasabi-citron green-olive oil that also seasons the sashimis very well! Thank you for this pleasant moment!
the restaurant was rebuilt 1 or 2 years ago. more welcoming, more user-friendly, brighter, allowing to see the realization of your choice of dishes and also to chat with bibi! c is perfect. always as good and excellent dishes of the day. I return every time the eyes are closed.

the best Japanese rungis probably, if not the best: a sauce with the wasabi to fall, and sushis/makis/sashimi made on site this feast. the friendly owner and the new place is impeccable!
