Terrible service! We arrived in a group of four at 6 PM on a Sunday to celebrate, but we were waiting for two other friends. The woman at the front desk refused to seat us without the entire group present. The restaurant was completely empty, yet she was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in accommodating us or even asking how long our friends would take to arrive. As a Canadian, living in Canada, therefore needing to pay the exchange rate, the price for dinner at this restaurant was very expensive. For a family of 4, $224 CAD. The tables were similar to a McDonalds or fast food. The decor similar. However, most important was the service. Had to pay for the 15% tip. Working in a restaurant for over 15 years working up to Management, the service provided was not 15%. Plates had to be left on a chair because no room on table after finished. I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a delightful meal. However, my experience was soured right from the start due to the extremely rude behavior of the hostess. I came around 10PM. Her dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that such behavior can overshadow what might have been a great dining experience. I chose to leave immediately, as I believe that good service is a fundamental aspect of any establishment. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it greatly impacts the overall impression of the restaurant.

The food is just okay—not terrible, but nothing special either. It's primarily a spot for college students, so keep that in mind. One thing that really bothered me was when we ordered miso soup; the waitress placed it on the table with her thumb in the bowl. Additionally, when we wanted to order more sushi, the staff seemed too preoccupied with their cell phones to assist us. On the plus side, it's an all-you-can-eat establishment, which is nice. Just don't expect it to be a high-end dining experience. The tables are sticky, and the place has an unpleasant odor.
The appetizers were good, the calamari was amazing. The sushi rolls were not so good, they were not very tasteful. The service was disappointing, they didn’t mention the left over policies and charged extra $20 for that. Also, the waiter was not happy with the tips, which in our believe was fair, and demanded to give the amount SUGGESTED in the receipt. We left the place extremely disappointed and decided not to ever come back.
Has fallen off a major cliff! Food quality is not what it used to be 5-6 years ago. Servers are so rude and aggressive, it's like they don't want you to be there. Took over an hour to get our food and everything was falling out like the chef didn't even bother to roll anything. When we complained about how long it's taking, our server did not care and just walks away rudely. Never coming back
It’s hard to give all you can eat sushi anything but five stars because, you know, all you can eat. The sashimi was good and the fish was fresh but the rolls were a bit of a mess. Probably because the place is so popular and so packed, the chefs have a hard time keeping up. But $30 for all you can eat weekday sushi so it’s worth a visit.

Horrible service. Couldn’t flag down a server to order food. Had to request a drink menu multiple times. Had to stand up and find a waitress to get the check because they were walking by and ignoring us. They charge an automatic gratuity for any party size fyi, so the servers do not care and will neglect you the entire time.Food: 1/5
