3.5 Somewhat disappointing, given the tremendous reputation of the place. Premises are beautiful. Tasting menu was largely good, but some dishes more pleasing than others. I love the experience, local products and traditional dishes with a touch of modernity or a complete return. an excellent service and a very pleasant atmosphere for a michelin star at this price seems to me a mandatory visit if you are in the area. I'll always be back.
very good food made with more traditional products in a more “modern” way. very good and recommendable 100%. extraordinary attention, very attentive at all times and very pleasant. we will definitely come back.
