We stopped in after not wanting to wait for BBQ. We are foodies from NYC and were so impressed with the quality of service, the historic building and the food. The menu is a mix of a chophouse with a large selection of chef selections from paella, pasta and schnitzel. The chef is a CIA graduate which is surprising to find in Central NY. The food was fresh and i noted that the chef makes his own bread, dressing, aioli's and desserts. It's clear the chef puts care into his work. We ordered house salad solid salad with house dressing. nice, nothing crazy onion soup, this was excellent. really well done, from the croutons, cheese and flavor. wow calamari the only thing we didnt love chicken schn...
