She looked at us and said someone will be with you shortly. 2 minutes later she came back and said what would you like. I told her what I wanted but she didn?t seem Interested. The food was great, they don?t deliver tho. So I had to order thru GrubHub- the price of food DOUBLED- on the menu thru GrubHub, plus I had to pay a ?service fee?, so I paid almost THREE TIMES the amount I would have paid if Ye Old delivered. I understandthe service fee, but to pay 3 times the cost PLUS a service fee
Walking into this Cafe, I saw that the place was understaffed. I've seen many reviews here that the service sucks, but that wasn't the case for me. The young lady who served my fiancé and I was very nice. We got a brownie sundae and Reese's sundae. Both sundaes were very big and worth the money.

We showed up without an order and received terrible service. Several staff members were distracted on their phones, and two were loudly discussing a phone call and finding someone to cover for them—all happening right at the counter in front of us. I certainly won’t be coming back.
We left without ordering. Employee attitudes were horrible. Some playing on phones. Two were having a LOUD conversation about the person who just called in, and how she better be finding someone to cover for her. All while we stood at counter. Won't goback.
They DO have vegan, but only vanilla and chocolate. For sugar free there is cookies n creme and something I forgot. I did not try the vegan ice cream so I don't know what kind of nut milk it is or anything sorry fellow vegan folks!
The staff were friendly. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake from the drive-thru, but the strawberry syrup tasted very artificial. I was disappointed, especially for a $7 scoop.
