My family came here on a Tuesday night with reservations for 6. Had no problem walking right in and grabbing our table. It is a more upscale place, and it took about 30-45 minutes to place our order as our waiter had a lot of tables to cover. We had truffle fries with a nice spicy aioli and ketchup that helped hold us over thankfully. Dinner came out after another 20-30 minutes so pretty normal wait time for there. Our server was quite unprofessional; he seemed distracted and focused most of his attention on another couple seated nearby. The chicken was overly saucy, and the cheese had an unpleasant, aged taste. The carrot cake was merely a thin disc, overwhelmed by too much sauce, and unfortunately, the crème brûlée was burnt. Having dined here frequently in the past, I was really disappointed this time.
First time at this restaurant and didn't know reservations were recommended as we live out of state. They told us to wait 15-20 minutes for outdoor seating. There were 8 unoccupied tables inside and out. We didn't feel welcome by the hostess
